Return Policy
If you are not satisified with your stencils for any reason, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a refund (refunds do not include shipping). Stencils, paints, and brushes may be returned, but must be unused.
The only items that cannot be returned are our custom lettering stencils.
If a stencil has been removed from its original packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If you have any questions about our return policy, please give us a call.
To return a product, please follow the instructions below.
- Call us at 317-598-0029 within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Ship the merchandise so that the stencils are not creased or folded. If this occurs, we will not be able to issue a refund. Use the original packaging if possible. Items must be returned within 30 days from the day of receipt.
- As soon as we receive your returned items, we will credit your account.
