Description:

Stenciling Instructions:
  1. Place stencil SCL1 or SCL21 on your placemat and secure in place with blue painter’s Tape or spray adhesive.
  2. Apply stencil crème paint to the stencil openings.

Tips

Do not use placemats until the stencil crème has had sufficient time to dry. Stencil crèmes take approximately 2 weeks to dry/cure.
